Earlier this year we were in the delightful Oman for three months. In February we decided to go on to India but were told that we needed a visa berore we travelled. Then we were told that as non-residents in Oman we could only get a visa by returning to London and queuing at the Indian High Commission.
Is there any means of obtaining a visa for India whilst travelling away from London, as British citizens?
