For International Direct Dialling (IDD) Codes, a couple of good sites that are easy to use and have clean layouts, are Country Calling Codes (www.countrycallingcodes.com) and Country Codes (www.countrycodes.com). Both ask where you are and where you want to call from using drop-down menus. If you prefer to see all of the countries and their codes displayed on one screen, like a reference sheet, then try www.visibone.com/countrycodes, or www.kropla.com/dialcode. For more detail, including codes for individual cities within a country, there's www.the-acr.com/codes/cntrycd.htm, or www.dial-a-code.com.

To find out what's the local time in a country, Events Worldwide (www.eventsworldwide.com/i-time.htm) has all the countries in the world on a one-page list, and the numbers of hours ahead or behind GMT. It also has a table in the same format for dialling codes too. However, if you prefer a display of a clock showing the real second-by-second time, try World Travel Guide (www.worldtravelguide.net/clock), or the information-packed Greenwich Mean Time (www.greenwichmeantime.com).

For a good one-stop solution though, Time and Date (www.timeanddate.com) is pretty good. On its International Dialling page, use the scroll-down menu to enter where you are and where you are calling, and the site will display the dialling code and the correct local time on the one result page.
