2 for 1 tickets to Casablanca, this coming Monday

I would like to know if the Ocean Village cruise ship is ok for my wife and I. We are both in are late 50s. We have had a DVD of the ship and it mainly showed younger people. The cruise is for our ruby wedding. Mr B Young, by email
Times Online cruise expert Carolyn Spencer Brown responds: Ocean Village is a brilliant cruise choice if you want to celebrate your ruby wedding in a really casual, easygoing environment with lots of younger, new-to-cruising travellers.
It's also a good value-priced cruise. But I'm not sure it's the right choice for you. It sounds like you'd prefer a calmer atmosphere without, perhaps, some of the added energy of cruises that attract lots of younger people.
If that's the case, I'd recommend you mark this historic event (congratulations by the way!) on a cruise that reflects a more elegant and mature ambience.
Take a look at Princess Cruises and, in particular, Royal, Tahitian or Pacific Princess, its trio of three, 700-passenger ships. These are a good value and, at the same time, offer an intimate, peaceful ambience. And there's a plus: Princess offers vow renewals onboard all of its ships. What could be a better to celebrate your ruby wedding?

Have you ever dreamed of owning your own racehorse or a beautiful painting?
We are thinking of taking our daughter who will be four in January skiing in the new year and would welcome advice as to which resorts we best suit our needs. It will only be the second time for my wife and me and we would be looking for the three of us to take private lessons.
