We are heading down to Australia in the spring and have found a good fare via Hong Kong. Having stopped there a couple of times before, we are hesitating to book. If you do have a bug for something a bit different, over 40 per cent of the land is protected, and it's here that you'll discover pristine beaches, rugged mountains and dense jungles. Or you could sail into the marine park water's west of Hong Kong Island in search of the endangered Pink Dolphin. It's not an adrenaline sport in the conventional sense, but just try staying in your seat at the supercharged atmosphere of the Hong Kong races.
