2 for 1 tickets to Casablanca, this coming Monday
OpenSkies, the British Airways subsidiary which is set to launch business-focused flights from continental Europe to the US later this year, is trying to distance itself from its staid parent by going all web 2.0 about its launch. Its website is a blog, inviting comments from visitors and the fledgling airline drip-feeds its news rather than announcing things through formal press conferences.
Its latest goody is a video showing its first plane being repainted in the OpenSkies livery, shot using time-lapse photography (see at the top of this article). The airline's boss Dale Moss says in his blog: "Sometimes I feel life moves this fast. I definitely feel that way about our approaching launch date."
